You can toggle Intercom and Paging Barge on or off by following these instructions:

  1. Log in to office.ooma.com as an administrator and navigate to the Settings page.
  2. Locate the IP phone whose preferences you would like to update and click the corresponding line.
  3. Update your setting for the Allow Intercom and Paging calls to interrupt an active call (Intercom/Paging Barge) option.
  4. Save your changes.
