How to make an international phone call
Calls to the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico are all included as part of your monthly calling package. Calls to other international destinations are billed to the company’s Prepaid Account. Calls can be made as long as there are sufficient funds in the account.
The way that you will make an international call depends on the type of phone you are using.
Yealink IP phone
Pick up the phone or press the speaker key and dial 011, then the country code and phone number
Mobile app
iOS
Click the keypad icon (
) and dial 011, followed by the country code and phone number.
Android
Click the Settings button (
) and choose Keypad (
). Dial 011, followed by the country code and phone number.
