Holiday and business hour schedules can be updated once they have been created. Please note that when you update a schedule it will be updated for all Virtual Receptionists that use that schedule.

You can edit a schedule by following these instructions:

  1. Log in to office.ooma.com as an administrator and navigate to the Schedules page.
  2. Locate the schedule whose information will be updated and click the corresponding line.
  3. Adjust the dates and/or times according to your preferences.
  4. Click Save to confirm your changes.
