If you’re no longer using one of your custom schedules, you can delete it. You cannot delete a schedule that is currently in use, so before you follow the instructions below make sure that you have assigned different schedules to all your Virtual Receptionists.

You can delete a custom schedule by following these instructions:

  1. Log in to office.ooma.com as an administrator and navigate to the Schedules page.
  2. Locate the schedule you want to delete and click the trash button on that line.
  3. Confirm that you’d like to delete the schedule.
