When calling Ooma Customer Care, you may be asked to answer the security question you have set for yourself. The account security question is originally chosen during the actiGSTion process. It can be updated at any time by following these instructions:

  1. Log into your Ooma Office Manager at http://office-au.ooma.com and navigate to “Settings” under the “Account” tab, as shown in the following illustration:

  2. Review the current security question. If you want to update the question or the answer, click the “Edit” button.
  3. Choose your new security question from the drop-down list and enter a new answer.

  4. Save your changes.
