How to use the Conference Bridge
You can use a Conference Bridge by dialing the Bridge’s direct number or, if you are using a phone that is connected to Ooma Office for WeWork, its internal extension. Identify the Bridge that you wish to join by typing in its dial-in number. If the Bridge is secured by a PIN, you will be asked to enter it before you are connected to the conference room.
You can use the Conference Bridge for internal purposes, or to speak with customers or others who aren’t a part of the company. If you would like to set up a conference call, you will need to share the following information with all participants:
- Conference dial-in number
- Meeting ID
- PIN (if one has been assigned)
- Time of the call so they know when to dial in
You can get all of this information besides the time of the call by visiting office.ooma.com and logging into your Ooma Office account as an administrator or a user. Navigate to the Dashboard page and click the Conference button in the Quick Access section. Click the icon beside the conference room whose details you want to share to copy that information to your clipboard.
