How to edit a custom Virtual Receptionist schedule
Holiday and business hour schedules can be updated once they have been created. Please note that when you update a schedule it will be updated for all Virtual Receptionists that use that schedule.
You can edit a schedule by following these instructions:
- Log in to office.ooma.com as an administrator and navigate to the Schedules page.
- Locate the schedule whose information will be updated and click the corresponding line.
- Adjust the dates and/or times according to your preferences.
- Click Save to confirm your changes.
