When calling Ooma Customer Care, you may be asked to answer the security question you have set for yourself. The account security question is originally chosen during the setup process. It can be updated at any time by following these instructions:

  1. Log into office.ooma.com as an administrator and navigate to the Account tab.
  2. Click Profile.
  3. Locate the Security Settings section and review the current security question. If you want to update the question or the answer, click Edit.
  4. Choose your new security question from the drop-down list and enter a new answer.
  5. Click Save.
