You can delete a device from a user by following these instructions:

  1. Log in to http://office.ooma.co.uk/ as an administrator and navigate to the Settings page.
  2. Locate the user whose device you are going to delete and click the corresponding line.
  3. Navigate to the Devices tab.
  4. Locate the device that you want to remove, and click the corresponding trash icon.
  5. Click Confirm to delete the device.
  6. Click Save.

Deleting an external line or the mobile app from a user’s extension will remove it from your Ooma Office for WeWork setup completely.
