You can delete a device from a user by following these instructions:

  1. Log in to http://office.ooma.fr as an administrator and navigate to the Settings page.
  2. Locate the user whose device will be deleted and click the corresponding line.
  3. Navigate to the Devices tab.
  4. Locate the device that you will remove and click the corresponding trash icon.
  5. Click Confirm to delete the device.
  6. Click Save.

Deleting an external line from a user’s extension will remove it from your Ooma Office for WeWork setup completely.
